We will endeavour to pack and send your order as soon as it is received, however sometimes an item is out of stock. In this case we will try to contact you so you can decide whether to wait until all the stock arrives, or to alter or amend your order.
Cut the Chemicals Cookbook delivers to anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $12. This includes postage and handling and no further charges based on size or weight.
All orders sent by Cut the Chemicals Cookbook have a tracking ID generated for them. If you would like to track your delivery or have any concerns please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. We will always endeavor to get your products to you as soon as possible and will notify you by email if there will be any delays.
All items advertised on our web site are held in our premises ready for dispatch but on occasion items may be out of stock. In that instance we will contact you to discuss options. When you order heat sensitive products (like chocolates and Hoppers colours), we may not send your order until the following Monday to prevent spoilage and the products sitting in transit over the weekend. A confirmation email of date and time will be sent to you prior to drop off.

Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery from when your order is processed (may need to allow longer if heat sensitive products included in order). Please Note: We Reserve the right to alter our delivery charges at any time and for any reason. Our 'Flat Rate' delivery charges are only available for major Australian metropolitan areas. If your order needs to be delivered outside Australia or to areas of Australia that incur higher shipping changes, we may need to alter your shipping charges accordingly (we will always contact you before making any such changes). If your order is exceedingly heavy or requires special packaging then our shipping charges may also need to increase.
Cut the Chemicals Cookbook will ensure that all products leave our warehouse in perfect order and will pack products to ensure they get to you in good condition. In the event that a product in your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours after you have received your delivery and email a photograph of the damaged item with packaging. Notifications and photos should be emailed to email@example.com. We will refund you for the damaged product once we have deemed the item defective.
We do not refund products if you change your mind or it does not meet your requirements. Please choose carefully. All ingredients are listed on our website.

Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase. When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
We undertake to accept or reject your order within Seven (7) days. If we have not responded to you within Seven (7) days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock. Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending.
Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.
Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.
We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to seek a refund for a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated "contact us" email. We undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase.
