We're Spreading the Word ... Chemicals in Food is Absurd!
Bec Taylor Site Creator
My name is Bec Taylor and like you I am a busy parent of 4 under eight years old (yes your read right!) whingy, whiny hungry children who want food and want it now!
When their little tummies start making noises they want food that is tasty, fun and colorful! But what children always want and what they should have can be vastly different and not all the colorful tasty food out there is safe for them to eat.
You're thinking like I did, how do you know what is good food and what isn't? How do I find these foods, are they going to blow my food budget and are they going to be easy to prepare?
I wanted foods like this myself as quite frankly if it can't be cooked whilst rocking a baby with one foot, correcting homework and stirring a pot all in the time it takes Jeff to wake up, then I'm not interested. If I have to traverse a farmyard because I can't get it at my local grocery store, well then sorry I'm out. I just don't have the time (or enough caffeine) to grow, grind or preserve my own.
So if you are like me, and I know you are, because you have found this site; then look no further. We are going to give you the tools in one spot to help your family eat additive and preservative free.
I've already done the hard work for you, so let me pass on this knowledge. Believe me I'm still learning as the goal posts change in the supermarket all the time but maybe we can get educated together and start making good food choices now!
