Eco Psyllium seed husks are an excellent source of dietary fibre used to relieve constipation and to maintain healthy bowel function. Psyllium seed husks can also be used on gluten-free baking to bind, and add moisture to help make the bread less crumbly.
Directions for use: Adults take one teaspoon (5g) once a day mixed in a glass of water or juice. Alternatively it may be sprinkled on food. This can gradually be increased to one teaspoon (5g) three times a day if required.
Precaution: Psyllium Husk powder should be taken at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking any medication as it can interfere with the absorption of medicines.
